I spoke with Keith about a property he is representing that we were interested in knowing more about. He was going to look into some details that I asked about and talk to the seller about a few questions we had, and he said he would get back to me. He did not, so I looked elsewhere. Another buyer looking in the area said that they had the same experience with Keith, so it is perhaps a habit for Keith to say he will call back and then not to do so.

I enjoyed working with Travis immensely. He has a fun personality which helped us click. He displayed attentiveness in what was on my want-list and quickly made arrangements to show homes to me. And after deciding which house was the one I wanted, Travis went into action. He communicated via all forms of communication, emails, calls, texts. And is quick to respond back. He saw to it in walking me through the whole buying process; making the offer, was there with me on home inspection, (and thanks Keith Fuller for the freebie on that, bless your heart), countering on some repair items and was there for me at time of closing. If I ever needed an agent again in this neck of the woods, I would definitely go to Travis. And I would also recommend him to friends, family, or even an acquaintance in search of a real estate agent.
