ZillowVERIFIED Keith was our real estate agent for our first home purchase. I anticipated a fairly high level of anxiety around the entire process. Keith made the process comfortable and simple for us. He quickly had a solid understanding of what we were looking for and the budget we were working within. He showed us many houses that fit our criteria and was extremely pleasant to be around, making the process even more exciting for my husband and I. My biggest concern which would have been a deal breaker for me is someone who puts pressure on you and doesn't meet you where you're at. Keith worked for us and never put any pressure on us which was a huge relief for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process of buying and selling, about the area we were looking in and all other areas that we may have had related questions about. He was on top of everything every step of the way and communicated every detail to us so we were consistently informed. Whether it be a call, text or email, he was responsive to our every need.
