He sold me a house I later found out was his good friends and failed to disclose numerous issues including the roof (which he told us was sure to last 15 years but failed after 2) the AC which had failed with the previous owner and was taped up in the attic to stop the freon leaking, and let the previous owner take a heating unit after sale without permission.
