He also helped us in getting new safety features that we didn?t even existed until he brought it up. During this process I found myself calling Keith all the time and he would always answer my calls and answer any questions I had. Our situation was a complicated one and Keith was there the whole way helping us get the job done. We had homes fall through as we submitted an offer. Then he found our home and we had issues with the loan being approved. He helped us at every step to get all the necessary paperwork needed to get the loan approved. He is like a parent to new home buyers. When I say I love my relator I mean it.

When we needed a plumber on a Sunday he put us in contact with a great plumber. He further helped us navigate the various contracts we received. He ordered a title search as soon the property was listed so we would be ready to go to closing. ZillowVERIFIED Recently, I accepted a job transfer from Nebraska to Greensburg, Indiana. Not knowing much about either buying a home or Indiana itself, the wife and I started looking at every website out there to see what was available and what we could afford. We were paired with a few realtors but they seemed either unfamiliar with the area we were moving to or they weren't very responsive. For weeks, it seemed we would be unable to find 'the one' realtor that understood our circumstance and respected our budget. The market is insane right now so we quickly realized that we were not going to be able to do much remotely. We headed to Indiana to start personally checking things out. One evening, while we drove past a listed property, we ran into Mr. Baker, who was checking on that very home. He asked us if we'd like to check the home out and we of course did. Although that particular home didn't suit our particular needs, he generously offered his time to show us another one nearby which we were curious about. His outgoing and genial personality was much appreciated and it was the only time we were able to relax the entire visit. Keith was extremely knowledgeable about the area and we had an instant comfort level with him. There is no doubt that he was 'the one' we had hoped to find. Since returning to Nebraska, we have been in contact with Keith many times. He would send us new listings several times a day and he also went the extra mile and researched non-listed properties. He had immense empathy for our situation and did not cease in his efforts to help us out. We made several offers for properties and Keith made himself available available, at sometimes late hours, while we went through the paperwork. He was understanding and as easy going as can be and answered all of our questions, in spite of our anxieties or naivete. Eventually, Keith was able to strike gold by finding a property that suited our needs and his negotiating skills were obviously top notch. While working with the seller and us, his responsiveness was immediate and thorough. We were definitely not the best of clients, due to our unique situation, but Mr. Baker was an outstanding guide and his knowledge and assistance are what the wife and I consider to be a blessing from God. I can not thank this man enough for his help and his ability to impart confidence in us. Buying a home is an unnerving process sometimes but whenever we spoke to Keith, he had a way of settling our nerves. This man is a true professional and anyone fortunate enough to work with him would undoubtedly agree!
