ZillowVERIFIED Keith helped my wife & I navigate buying our home with professionalism and helpfulness that is unmatched. He helped make sense of the market during an extremely hard time to shop (COVID, high housing demand, low supply) and kept us optimistic and encouraged. When it came time to submit an offer, he was there with sound and reasonable advice on how to structure our offer and what to come in at. When presented with challenges, he always had great suggestions on how to overcome them quickly and painlessly. I feel that his advice was always honest and offered with good intent which is the most important characteristic a real estate professional can have. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Keith to any of my friends, family members or professional colleagues who are hunting for a home themselves. Thanks again for your help, Keith!

ZillowVERIFIED Keith was fantastic to work with! We had a particularly tricky situation with the pandemic, but Keith went above and beyond to get my property rented. I am a first-time landlord and have to admit I was particularly nervous about showings and getting tenants that are a good fit for my property, but Keith was super patient with my millions of questions and anxieties about the process. Keith came highly recommended from a trusted friend and I highly recommend him as well! Thanks again, Keith, it was a pleasure working with you!

ZillowVERIFIED Keith was crucial in us securing a place to live. My fiancA(C) and I are moving from CT to NY and had one day to view residences. Throughout the week Keith sent us listings that fit our criteria, lined up viewings for the ones we liked, showed us our options in one afternoon and helped us secure our new home within 3 days! Very responsive via email and phone and an absolute pleasure to work with!
