Review Keisha Zogg is a true professional and expert in her field!! Keisha helped my husband and I sell the two houses we owned, and purchase a new one. Mind you all three transactions were taking place at the same time. Keisha guided and assisted us step by step to get the houses ready for sale. She provided beautiful marketing fliers for both houses, held them open, and brought in several offers on both homes. Keisha really took the time to explain the offers and help us to make the best choices for our future. She answered all our questions promptly, and was always available when we needed her. The process of buying our new home was equally as smooth and that is again thanks to her expertise. In addition to all of her professional skills, she is just fun to be around! Review Keisha Zogg stood by our side from day one through our home purchasing process. She helped us find our home during one of the most competitive markets in local real estate history. Over the course of several weeks, we visited several houses we thought would be perfect for our growing family. We made offers that were shot down left and right because of cash offers from huge international investors coming through the East Bay buying up the inventory of houses. Most realtors would have given up and told us to come back later when the market settled down (and after the prices had gone up); but not Keisha! She stood firm and we got our home! She did her homework and actually got our house for much less than the listed price, too! Our kids love her and miss the days of looking at houses with Ms Keisha. She also has all of the bases covered from writing your offer to recording your note and deed with a great team of processors, mortgage brokers, title companies, and various programs behind her to help anybody, (even us) get the financing needed to get into your new home. Review She represented the sellers and my husband and myself (the buyers) and I never felt as though she were helping the other side more than she was helping me. I think she was equitable, honest, and hard working. When my husband was a little hesitant, she provided the information that enabled him to continue confidently with the deal. I would recommend Keisha to anyone purchasing, selling, or renting in the Brentwood area.
