We contacted three agents, but the only one that showed a good understanding of the local market where we live (Daybreak area in South Jordan, UT) was Dave. He was also completely transparent and up front with all the costs involved and explained the entire process from start to finish. Once we had the house listed, we were given weekly updates on what the market looked like and what our competition was. We had straight forward and open conversations on pricing strategy, when and what we could do to help boost interest, etc. We really appreciated the help from Dave and his team and felt like we were in good hands throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIEDIf I could give them 0 stars I would. We've had nothing but problems since we started working with them on selling our home. The owner was very quick to sign us to a selling contract. He first wanted to low ball our selling price. I raised the list price by $5000 since this was a seller's market. After showing the home twice an offer came through and we accepted, since we had only a short time before we closed on our new home. We asked to speak to the owner of GoBe but were told he was out of town and someone in the office would handle it from here. We accepted the offer, and thought everything would work out well from here. Then this person left and was unavailable, and were greeted by the third person to complete the sale. When the buyers started asking for more incentives we were not presented with advice that I felt would help in the negotiations. It appeared that we should accept, and keep deadlines but not ours. There were no,emails or paper trail, and the person designated to help us was unavailable most of the of the time. We would respond to the buyer's requests by voicemail, but were not kept informed in writing. We vacated the property early as per rental agreement., and were told if we vacated and rented back the property from the buyer. We paid for a full month's rent ,and were told if we vacated early, we would receive a prorated check. GoBe did not put money in escrow. Therefore, No Refund? We feel that if a Realtor takes a client on to sell there home, they should at least tell them they are leaving and won't be handling the selling through the whole process. Having had to go through 3 different people, and not have good communication with them, or paper trail in not what we would have hoped for. The commission's you pay at not cheap. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone who wants good service . Long after we closed and the funds dispersed, the buyer then demanded us to do things not in the contract. We tried to speak with the someone fro GoBe including the owner and were rebuffed, we had know idea what GoBe was telling them. We responded by email to Gobi to address the buyers concerns. However, GoBe never acknowledged our letter. We tried to make and appointment to speak to the owner. He was always unavailable. They will not have your back! I WOULD SAY TO USE THEM WOULD BE AT YOUR RISK OF POOR SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH!!
