She took the time to explain what to expect and how to best to position our offers. After a few showings we found one that was perfect for us. She worked to get an offer in that night. All though the process she explained everything and was very responsive. Another thing I didnt even think about was her network of people she can call on. From inspections, finance and I'm sure much more you always will have someone you can trust no matter what comes up. It is the stuff you cant think of that will get you, thats when you need someone with the experience and network like Keely. Here we are about a month after close and she follows up again to make sure were doing well.I cant say enough, highly recommended.

A year later, we needed help selling a house that my wife had inherited from her grandmother. Most recently, she helped my father in-law sell his home as well. She's been nothing short of amazing every singe time. We recently had our first child and when she found out my wife was pregnant, she sent us a gift for the baby. We recently had our baby and that week she sent us some cookies from Tiff's treats as a congratulations. She is simply a very sweet person with a great heart. As far as the professional side of things, she is VERY knowledgable and she gets the job done. She works with you and your needs to help you sell your home in a timely manner. My father in-law originally used a different realtor and his house had been on the market for almost 2 months without ever receiving an offer. We referred him to Keely and she went in and let him know what he should do to help get his house sold. She set up a staging of the home to make it more appealing. Within days he had more than one offer on the house. Simply amazing! Keely is so good at her job and as previously mentioned, she's also a very kind and wonderful person. I honestly don't think I could give a higher recommendation for some one in any field! I will continue to use Keely as long as I live in the area.
