And as first time home buyers, this was truly essential as we worked through the contract agreement, inspections, walkthroughs, and final closing details. We must add, this was no easy task for all us since most of it occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Totten literally found my dream home in 3 days. As a self employed mother of two college students, my family's needs changed as my children matured. I told her what my needs and wants were and within 72 hours I walked into a model of my dream home and said "This is my house." Because the home was new construction and was offered with a lot of upgrades and features that I could customize, the process was a bit overwhelming, (so many options) but Keaonda was by my side with the builder, traveling with me to another city to choose my options and sat by my side during the closing. At times she negotiated features that I did not even know that I wanted but ended up loving. She is my realtor of choice!!!
