We recently purchased a townhouse in Holly Springs, NC with Keaonda Totten working as our buyer's agent. She was referred to us by a good friend and during our initial meeting, we quickly realized she was the agent we wanted to work with. From start to finish Keaonda walked us through the process in a very thorough, professional, and gracious manner. All throughout the process we felt we could trust Keaonda to act in our best interests. And as first time home buyers, this was truly essential as we worked through the contract agreement, inspections, walkthroughs, and final closing details. We must add, this was no easy task for all us since most of it occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is when we especially appreciated how Keaonda extended herself to accommodate our needs as a family, ensuring safety first above all, and showing compassion since we have two little ones.
