KD did a great job selling our beach condo in Gulf Shores. We got a contract on our condo three weeks after listing and had it sold in less than 60 days.That is a credit to KD and his expertise. Our condo was listed the year before for 6 months with no offers with another realtor. KD had professional photos done, gave me expert advice, was very easy to communicate with and work with.
