ZillowVERIFIED We have used KMAC Realty Group twice now -- once to buy a condo in the Dallas area and later to sell it. Both times have been extremely smooth and easy experiences. In the past we have found real estate agents who were top notch but didn't have great support staff, which made details of closing hard. We've also had fine agents with great staff, which made different aspects of the purchasing/selling process hard. KC McKeown & his team (especially Heather Edwards) are the complete package. KC is excellent at finding appropriate properties for purchase and later setting them up for a successful sale. He is an organized person, clear thinker, and really listens to his clients when it comes to what they are looking for in a home, and later, in the sale of that home. Just as importantly, he is backed up by extremely capable people. Heather is meticulous, careful, and pleasant to work with. The purchase closing happened without any drama whatsoever. It just... happened. On time. As expected. We just left the seller's portion of closing for this latest sale, and so far, this closing has also just happened. On time. As expected. I can't rule drama on the buyer's side, but so far so good. And honestly, at this point, if something happened, I'd trust KC and Heather to get us safely through it. In short, if you're looking for a real estate agent backed by a team of top notch people, give KC a call.

He was able to estimate almost exactly how much our property was worth on the spot, just based on previous trends. Right from the first meeting to understand what we were looking for, the commitment he showed in helping us in every step of the process made us feel at home. He didnt sulk when we told him that we are in no hurry to buy a house and that we just wanted to test the waters. In fact, he set us up with auto feeds and access to the portal where the property information gets updated almost real time when compared to Zillow or any of the other public portals. That went a long way in piquing our interest and set us up on our path to becoming first time home owners. He was very patient in explaining the nuances of buying a property and extremely professional in responding to our questions, and setting up viewing appointments every weekend. Not once did he give us the impression that he just wanted to get it over with and that, for my wife and I, was comforting. We found his opinion and advice invaluable and we ended up with a property that was valued higher than what we paid for. The fact that he chose to work with only a few clients at a time meant that he was always available at short notice for house viewing, paper work and all the other things that could end up determining whether one would get the house or not.
