As the purchase for closer, he got everything done so quickly and smoothly that I was sure that something was wrong because buying a house is supposed to be arduous torture, right? Hahaha! ZillowVERIFIED We moved to Minnesota from Maryland and found KC through a general search of realtors in Mankato. Our search actually provided us with the names of several realtors, but KC was the only one who got back to us in a timely manner. It was actually Labor Day weekend when we called him and were not expecting to hear back until the following week, but he got back to us that same day even though he was out of town. That first impression of him putting clients first no matter what would represent his attitude and commitment to helping us find a house for the next year to come. KC was extremely patient with us as we learned the Mankato area and he was very knowledgeable in the market and surrounding cities/areas. He was always extremely honest with us and never would try to "sell" us a house or pressure us to like something. Many realtors just want a sale and will tell their clients whatever they want to hear to get a sale, but KC was never like that. He is very honest, true and always had our best interest at heart. We completely trust him and will look forward to working with him again when the time comes to sell our house and buy a new one...however we don't think that day will be for a while! Thank you so much KC for being so patient, honest, fun and professional. You are truly one of the best realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with.

ZillowVERIFIED KC was quickly responsive when meeting for the first time to discuss listing my house and later looking for a new house for my family. When wanting to have additional listings emailed to me he was careful to gather listings and get them to me later the same morning and we were able to go look at them within one to three days, a pretty good line up for the amount of houses we wanted to look at and with him being a busy realtor. He put my interest first and didn't waste my time trying to interest me in houses that would not fit my wants or needs. When I found the house I wanted in a time crunch, he did everything in his power to negotiate quickly and could tell he pretty much dropped everything to help me get the house I wanted. In selling my house, on the other side of it his advice on staging my house helped us produce great interest and we sold my house much more quickly than could be expected, not being the biggest or best house in the neighborhood. He also knew how to calm some emotional anxieties and fears through the process which was maybe the most impressive aspect to me.LOL! Even after the process was over as I have had questions about other homeowner and realty issues he still diligently returns phone calls respectfully and always with great professionalism. Not only is he a super nice guy with a great sense of humor, he is very professional and dedicates himself fully to serving his clients. We were relocating to St. Peter from Boston, so our house-shopping and negotiations had to be done partly in a whirlwind during our short visit to town and partly from a distance, and KC handled everything with aplomb. Then once we had our dream house under contract, there was a major water leak that damaged the entire downstairs while the current owners were out of town. KC's conscientiousness in dealing with the owners, the cleanup crew, the contractor who was hired to repair the damage and replace floors and ceilings, and serving as our advocate through this nerve-wracking process was really extraordinary. He sent us photos and updates, listened to our concerns, and gave sage advice. He also made sure that the new floors, ceiling tile, and paint colors were exactly what we wanted, so that we didn't have to do any major renovations ourselves once we moved in. Since we hadn't yet moved to town, KC was our on-site representative for all of this, and he did a terrific job. Ultimately we ended up with a house that was much nicer and newer than the one we'd initially bid on--and for the same price. KC is also from the area and knows everyone, so he has also given us really valuable tips on whom to contact regarding certain services we needed. We could not have had a better experience with a real estate agent. It made all the difference in the world to have KC on the job for us.
