Recently, I had a home that I needed to sell in Benson, AZ area. Initially I spoke with a local realtor who was great at communicating, however I felt that they were not knowledgeable enough about the area where my property was. I went online and found Kayla and upon our first conversation, I knew that this would be the person to be working with as she demonstrated her knowledge not only about the Benson area, but throughout the whole state! She was convinced that she will sell my house for the price that I needed within the time frame I had. The communication was outstanding. Every time there was an update from the inspections needed on the property, she communicated with me right away. She went above and beyond to negotiate with the buyer's agent on terms that also resulted in more money in my pocket.
