I got a great house, at a fair deal, in a very high priced competitive housing market. There isnt much else you can ask for but that. Plus, the house came with a bunch of perks as well which was to me and my head canon a secret wedding gift from the sellers and the real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIEDAfter putting in a request to talk to an agent Jason reached out to me and we talked about what my family and I was looking for in home where we wanted to live and price range. from then on he sent me through email great homes that had what my family and I was looking for he also texted me any info I requested. My wife and I decided to rent and I thought Jason wouldnt be able to help but thats not the case he jumped on it started sending info on homes for rent and that was something I was not expecting. After a few months we found a home to rent but the management company originally denied our application after talking with Jason and letting him know that we can pay a little more in advance to secure the home we wanted. we tried to talk to management company with no response back, Jason also reached out to them and we ended getting the house we wanted. Without him we wouldnt have been able to get a home he has really taken most of the stress out of this process. Im very grateful and when its time to buy a home Im going through Jason manning. I really cant thank him enough for his customer service and patience through all of this.
