ZillowVERIFIED I would give Kay 6 stars if I could.It was late November in Texas and I needed to buy a Michigan house by the end of the year. I planned a house-hunting trip for December 1 and looked for an agent who could help me find what I wanted in a limited amount of time. Kay responded within 2 minutes of my first call. From that point on, she was completely supportive of what seemed like an impossible task. She rounded up a list of properties that met my requirements. She also entertained suggestions I made from my on-line searches.In two and a half days, she showed me several properties that ultimately led to making an offer late Sunday night. Kay made it obvious that my time was the most valuable thing to her. I headed back to Texas and we got our offer accepted within 2 days, From that point, Kay managed inspections and closing procedures as my representative. I never had a worry about something being left undone. And she was in constant contact via phone and email.The second time I met Kay, she was handing me the keys to my new home as I took possession on December 30. She was outstanding!
