Moving to a community with which we had no knowledge, other than what we read, she was candid about sections on which we should focus. She made very thorough inspections of each property as we were not physically present. She identified flaws, and at times, excellent points a scan of the internet would not point out. She made demands to correct flaws in the negotiation phase. She treated us as if we were her only client, always punctually returning calls and checking out at least 15-18 properties for us. She gets an A+++. We have no criticism on any point.

She was a tremendous help in our complicated home and land sale that involved about eight individuals on a family deed that included one minor. As well, we had a variety of repair issues with the home during the sale process. She made herself available to speak with attorneys, repairman, etc, as well as preparing a temporary rental agreement for the out of town buyers so that they could move into the house before starting their jobs. The entire experience could have been so much more stressful had it not been for her calming personality, experience and willingness to jump in where needed. She will be he one that contact for any other transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED I don't usually write reviews, but it be it would be selfish not to share with you our positive experience with Kay in purchasing our home.We have bought and sold several houses and Kay is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. Once we spoke with her for the first time, we were immediately put at ease by such a caring and sincere person. She carefully listened to what we were looking for and came up with great options. She was always patient and quickly found with solutions for whatever events came up. For instance, when we couldnt make it down for a house inspection, she arranged for us to Facetime and talk with the house inspector while he was still at the property. She was always available by phone or the last minute appointment ... always made herself available for our quick flights into the area and did it all with warmth and professionalism. Kay knew details on every property she showed us and had answers to questions we didnt even know that we had. Actually the same for the entire buying process. She made us feel as though we were the only clients she was working with. I'm very glad to share our experience. When we decide to sell and purchase another home, well definitely use her again.
