When my wife and I decided to sell our house, we knew we wanted someone familiar with the area. We had seen Kay's signs around our neighborhood and city and it always seemed like her houses sold quickly. We thought, "She must be doing something right". We called her for a consultation and she came by within a week to talk to us and take a look at the house. She really does know the area and clientele very well. She was very thorough explaining her whole process and was really confident we could sell the house quickly, even though it wasn't summer or what is considered selling season. Within the first week of going "live", our house received two offers. One was not great and she did a great job reassuring us that this is normal and we should expect higher quality offers soon.
