We were in a bad spot. Our first Realtor had blown the sale of our house, so we fired him and had to start over. Thankfully we found Kay Houghton & Associates. I cannot say enough good things about Kay and her team. They are simply the best. They came in and made a few suggestions for some minor work on the house. We followed their suggestions, and they got the house back on the market in short order. In the end we had 2 competing offers, accepted one of them and it was smooth sailing right through the closing. They made it look easy, although we know there was a lot of effort and work that went into making it look that way. Professional, timely, and comminicated what was happening through the whole process. On top of that, they are the nicest people. HIGHLY recommend.

We were planning on renting originally, but with Gregs help, we were able to find a place that worked for us.
