Kavin and Sonal were excellent! Best marketing campaign to showcase our house that we have ever seen, with intense, often and broad marketing campaign reaching NY and NJ. Highly skilled and talented photographer was contracted by Kavin and our house looked incredible ( even used drone!). They were always on time and agreed to have as many open houses as we asked for, even in a fluctuating market and with potential buyers that changed their mind. Kavin negotiated our house to top price, highest price paid in entire 55 community! One remarkable action was that Kavin/Sonal sanitized our house after each open house. Our sale was complex, was relocation, and Kevin and Sonal executed to perfection. We are very grateful to have met them and for all their help! Many thanks Kevin and Sonal!
