Katya is incredibly responsive, always made herself available and consistently went the extra mile (including facilitating remote viewing of properties so that we could better evaluate them before making the multi-hour trek from the Bay Area to Santa Barbara). Katya was also incredibly patient as we have very particular requirements and viewed many properties to get to "the one". Katya Sheets was truly exceptional, she got us a home under asking in a market where everything was going over asking. I met her at an open house in the Santa Barbara area. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in Santa Barbara and I'm so thankful I did. Katya Sheets was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn't respond immediately, she always replied no more than 5 minutes later. Seriously! She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard stuff The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treated the situation like they she was purchasing the property - she will look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Katya will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, she was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done. When I am looking to buy again, I will not hesitate to call Katya Sheets!

It was a great pleasure working with Katya on our search for a piece of property. She's always there for us whenever we want to see any of the listed house or land for sale. It took us a little longer to finally found what really suites us to purchase but Katya was very calm, have a lot of patience, very much of a professional person and always on time wherever we wanted her to meet us.
