Katy helped us/is still helping us look for a house. She dropped everything to show us a home with very short notice. It isnt the area she works, but she was still knowledgeable of the area and did her research too. More importantly, she was knowledgeable about the feedback on the listing price when taking into account very expensive work that would need to be done on the house. She also immediately pointed out something that I dont know I would have caught and something that we ultimately would have been extremely unhappy about if we had bought that house. Based on Katys advice for repairs and things that could be or could not be changed and our tour of the house, we ultimately decided to not put an offer in on the house. She does a great job representing her clients best interests and informing them of critical things they wouldnt otherwise know. We look forward to continuing work with her
