After speaking to a few other realtors, it was easy to see that Katy seemed to listen and understand my thoughts and opinions of what I wanted. She would explain and give me opinions or comparisons, but in the end always allowed me make the final decision. She notices the fine details of a property to point out to potential buyers, and gets a professional photographer who knows all the important tips on how to photograph and video the property allowing those looking online to experience the walk-thru as if they are actually there.
