Katrina Birr developed an interest in real estate as a young child when her father built homes. Her love for real estate carried on while she was employed as a paralegal for a Sylvania law firm. Katrina developed a strong knowledge of real estate law, business law, litigation and estate planning. Katrina makes her home in Berkey, OH, where she resides with her husband Brad and her five children. An active member of the community along with volunteering for several organizations, Katrina is a member of the Toledo Board of Realtors, as well as, the ReMax Preferred team.
