ZillowVERIFIEDKatri was always available to me or a buyer taking them to or answering all questions about the property even though in a remote location. I can't believe the time she put into showing the poroperty in all kinds of weather. She was a tropper and supported me every step of the way. She fullfilled her promise and did what I asked of her "sell the property" ! She also helped me find a place where I could move to and feel comfortable in my new life. What a very special realtor with lots of insight and knowledge on many fronts! THE VERY BEST

My experience with Katri was nothing short of amazing! She met me at the property, offered a few suggestions, determined a price, listed it, and BAM!, I was under contract. I couldnt have asked for more, plus shes delightfully professional. I highly recommend Katri.

ZillowVERIFIED Katri Anna s provided excellent service in the purchase of my townhouse. I moved to Durango from Florida and working with her long distance had absolutely no problems. Everything went smoothly, including negotiations with the sellers and arrangements to have minor repairs completed after the inspection.

ZillowVERIFIED I was extremely satisfied with the way that Katri handled the listing and sale of my land in Colorado. From the very beginning, she was so knowledgable and easy to work with. She made sure that it was listed on multiple sites, and sent me frequent updates. She immediately answered any questions that came up, and kept me informed of any interest shown in the lot. When there was a buyer, she ensured I had copies of, and understood, all the forms and paperwork. I was a little apprehensive settling it all from out-of-state, but it couldnt have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend her as the person to get the job done efficiently, effectively, and in a very pleasant manner. I enjoyed working with Katri.

ZillowVERIFIED It was such a pleasure dealing with Katri. I am a widow with no experience in buying or selling real estate but I could not have had a more professional, knowledgeable, consistently positive, upbeat person to get me through the whole prossess. After having 8 realtors prior to her I was at a loss where to turn for ideas on selling my 173 acre ranch in Lewis, Co but she did it in just 2 & half months. She was efficient, detail oriented & made sure I was informed of everything in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend her. She's a lovely person.

ZillowVERIFIED I was an out-of-state client of Katris looking for a rural home with small acreage. While on vacation in the Durango area last summer, we were able to spend an afternoon looking at several properties Katri had selected based on our criteria. All three we looked at that afternoon were a good fit for what we wanted, however, we were not quite ready to buy. We needed to sell our home in CA first. Katri stayed in touch with us and cheerfully answered our many questions about getting a home near Durango. When we were ready to enter the market this spring, Katri guided us through the process. We were actually able to offer on the first property that Katri had showed us last summer. She was great helping us with the long-distance offer, counter and purchase process. She was helpful, cheery, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Katri was superb. I am a high maintenance client and Katri was responsive to all of my various needs and was able to guide me through the process smoothly. Katri has always been there for me. Katri is very familiar with the process and even kept me on track with deadlines while she was on vacation. Katri is also a good problem solver. She worked directly with my bank and the title company to resolve an issue with property taxes in my favor. Overall, I was impressed with Katri s knowledge and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn t have been more pleased to have had Katri as my realtor. As a first-time home owner/buyer Katri walked me through all the intricacies of this somewhat scary process. Katri s knowledge of the Durango area and her attention to detail was instrumental in the success of my home purchase. She listened to my needs, wishes, and concerns from the onset and was able to match me with the perfect home. Katri was also very good at keeping me on tract and hitting deliverables. As a business owner with limited time I felt confident Katri had my back throughout this entire process - she is the type of person you can let run with your ideas and be very happy with the results. ZillowVERIFIED I was lucky to have her to help find me a home. We moved up from Florida and didnt know much about Durango. She went above and beyond our expectations to find us the perfect home. She was so kind and fun and worked really hard through the whole process. She never gave up on finding us everything we wanted and very informative on everything we wanted to know. Best realtor I ever knew and was completely satisfied with how hard she worked for us. She made the whole process easy for all of us.
