ZillowVERIFIED"Working with Kate Pressman was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication made the entire home buying process smooth and stress-free. Kate was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure every detail was handled with care. What impressed me most was her patience, honesty, and genuine commitment to helping me find the right property rather than simply making a sale. She consistently went above and beyond, keeping me informed every step of the way and making me feel like a valued client. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking Florida realtor, I highly recommend Kate Pressman. She exceeded all expectations and made what could have been a complicated process an enjoyable one

ZillowVERIFIED Kate was amazing! Purchasing a new home is a challenging task. In the past, I've worked with other realtors, and to be quite honest, none compare to Kate Pressman. From the outset, we felt like we were working as a team to find the perfect home for us. We have limited time due to our work and kids' school schedule, so it's difficult to find the time to view properties... Kate put together a list of 10+ homes to view on our first day out, and we completed the Sale tour on our 2nd time out. It was fantastic how Kate was able to schedule the back-to-back viewings within our limited time frame. We had a few homes in mind from the 10+ homes we saw. Kate's expert advice and knowledge of the market really gave us the wisdom to make the right decision and buy the home that best fits our needs and budget. We made an offer on the home of our dreams and closed on July 1st, 2025. Thank you so much, Kate, for guiding us through every step of the process with ease and stress-free. You are the Best! Thank you, Josh and Cindy

ZillowVERIFIED Professionalism at it's finest! After working for over 6 months with other realtors, I was about to give up on my Property search and settle for a rental... A friend of a friend recommended that I contact Kate Pressman of The Keyes Company in Boca Raton. Best recommendation ever!!! Rarely do you find a realtor with outstanding qualities like Kate. Kate's blatant Honesty, Integrity and motivation are incomparable to the other realtors that I worked with... Within a few days after contacting Kate, we were off and running looking at options that met my criteria, in my price range and geographical area. Several of the properties were way over priced or lower than normal living standards.... Kate was already ahead of it and setting up additional property viewings... Before I knew it, Kate found the hidden gem.... And within weeks we closed!I highly recommend Kate Pressman to anyone looking to buy or rent a home... Kate is straight to the point, pulls no punches and helped me negotiate a fantastic deal.. Kate assisted every step of the way... Kate also assisted with negotiating some of the furniture into the deal. Kudos Kate! The gratitude I have for Kate Pressman is unmeasurable... Thank you so much Kate! Love from My Family to Yours!Josh, Hailey and Logan

ZillowVERIFIED Knowledgeable, knows very well her market area and responses immediately for any concerns you may have. Great service before during and after the sale. Phoned us with every detail on the negotiations. The closing went smooth and professional. I was the seller of a property and have used Kate Pressman for many of my transactions. She negotiated the price that we wanted and did not encourage me to sell it at a different price. I would highly recommend Kate Pressman for your future sales or purchases of property.

ZillowVERIFIED We stumbled on Kate Pressman via the web, and boy are we glad we did. We are from out of town, and Kate was very patient and responsive at all times. She would always have a list of houses to show us whenever we showed up in Florida, until we found our perfect house. She was always very quick to respond to our texts and emails. We really appreciated Kate's frankness in evaluating a house. Since we were from out of town, Kate served as our eye and ears. She was excellent at keeping us in the loop and reminding us of upcoming events. We highly recommend Kate as a real estate agent. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty for us.

ZillowVERIFIED One word to describe Katja, AMAZING! She went above and beyond to assist me in my home purchase. I have purchased many homes over the years but this was my first home in Florida. She held my hand every step of the way. She was knowledgable, professional but yet very personable. With me having to travel from out of state there were several challenges, but she was always supportive, patient and accommodating. I would highly recommend her.
