Katie Jo gave her word and asked us and our realtor to trust her. She lied and refused to put money in escrow and assured us her word was good and she would send us the funds she owed us and she did not. Our realtor has messaged her a few times and she has yet to respond. She dropped the ball on the U&O and we had to rush to get things done and push back settlement a week. Would not work with her again even if it was a dream property.
