Over the years I have earned top local awards to include Realtor of the Year and, early on in my career, Rookie of the Year, as well as national level awards from ERA. I am a certified negotiation expert (CNE) and also hold the ePro and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) real estate designations. I have served as President of the local real estate board as well as President of my local Chamber of Commerce. In addition to being active in the business community, I take time to be involved with my children and their activities. I'm also an active foster parent and have welcomed over 50 children into my home over the years, resulting in an adoption, as well as lifelong connections with many!     I would highly recommend Katie for all your real estate needs! She was very responsive to any questions we had and was on top of paperwork and scheduling home viewings. Each home we viewed, she pointed out what things might come up as issues during a home inspection, and point out the positives as well. Katie was able to find the perfect home for us in just a few short weeks. We were able to get an offer in before the home even went public.     My wife and I used Katie as our realtor to sell two homes during a ten year span. After selling our first home she helped us find a rental while we looked for a new house. She was instrumental in the process and we knew she was going to be our first choice if we needed to sell. That time came again in March, 2019. We were grateful that Katie was still an active realtor and took us on as clients. During this last sell we moved from Kansas to Ohio, and once again she made the process painless and stress free.
