Get preapproved before starting you search! Inspections are a must! Make a list of wants vs needs.

Have your home show ready before pictures. Professional photography is a must. Boost you curb apeal. Declutter, less is more!

Growing up with a contractor father, I was immersed in the world of homebuilding from a young age. I learned to see beyond walls and windows—to understand the care and craftsmanship that turn a structure into a sanctuary. When my family settled in Olathe, I knew it was time to help others do the same. Real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about guiding families through one of life’s most meaningful journeys: making a house a home.

I have a marketing degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Trained in relo, seniors, VA and FHA.

Katie was wonderful and still is as we have kept in contact throughout our first year in our house! She was referred to us by a friend and from our first conversation over the phone she was a delight and listened to all of our needs. This was an emotional move for me and Katie was not only an amazing realtor who took care of EVERYTHING but also played the role of therapist at times. She saved me money on recommending what needed to be fixed and what didn't. She helped with staging and communicating my wishes with interested parties. She is an amazing resource and has a person for any project(painter, cabinet refaced, concrete, carpet cleaner, etc.) that a person needs. Awesome experience. Sold a few homes and this by far was the best experience. Katie is full of realty knowledge, she knows her stuff. Professional photographer sent out at the right time of day (no rain) for awesome pictures, no phone pictures here. Got me the best deal and had the greatest advice through out the process. Helped find our dream home as well. Well recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. Super honest, no fluff! Home had an offer (multiple) within just 2 days of being on the market. Katie remained very positive throughout the sales process. my residence had some unique characteristics that enhanced the difficulty to sell, especially given the cold time of year.
