Katie Walsh

Tempe native Katie Walsh educates and empowers her clients throughout the home-buying and escrow process. Recognizing that purchasing and selling a home are some of the most important and potentially stressful decisions made in life, she strives to create a positive and painless experience for both buyers and sellers. The keys to her award-winning approach are creativity and good communication. Katie studied Marketing and Communications at San Diego State University and held positions in public relations, sales and marketing before turning her attention to real estate. She sold luxury homes in San Francisco and then worked for the global real estate firm, Tishman Speyer, in New York City, where she managed a sales office representing more than 11,000 properties. Since returning to her Arizona roots in 2014, Katie has focused her extensive professional experience on residential real estate in the East Valley. She was recognized by BREA as the Top Producing Realtor in Tempe both in 2016 and 2017. She was also selected by the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS as one of their "40 Under 40" in 2018. What she values most are the many referrals she receives from satisfied clients who list her tenacity, integrity and down-to-earth personality among her best attributes. Katie resides in Tempe with her four-year-old son, Tyler, who often assists with open houses and showings.
