Katie Sparkman is a Rowayton native. Raised on Bell Island, she knows this quirky seaside community, and its neighbor Darien, better than most. And after years living in other parts of Fairfield County, as well as abroad, Katie returned to Rowayton with her husband Alex to raise their three children. With a professional background in Advertising, Katie has a trained eye when it comes to marketing and packaging a property. And after years as a member of various Community Boards of Directors, she has mastered the art of persuasion and is a creative and convincing negotiator. Katie is highly committed to her real estate clients and brings her considerable intelligence and high energy to the home buying and selling process. Katie is involved in a variety of community-based activities including local schools, sailing with the Norwalk YC, digging away with the Rowayton Gardiner's Club and donating her time to St. Luke's Church in Darien. She speaks a number of languages, is fluent in Swedish, French and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
