ZillowVERIFIEDMy family and I are first time home buyers & Katie has ensured that this process is as smooth sailing for us as possible, which being a family of 5 has eased the natural stress in the home buying process. Not only that she is so attentive, patient, & thorough. I truly trust her guidance, its easy to tell that she loves what she does & she does her job 150%. We would def use her again for future purchases, & also highly recommend her to anyone wanting a buy a home. Thank you Katie !
ZillowVERIFIEDMy first home buying experience with Katie was phenomenal! She turned this stressful and scary situation into a positive, unforgettable one. Katie was very patient, knowledgeable and responsive. She made herself available to answer all of my questions throughout the home buying process. I would definitely go through her for my next purchase and would recommend her to all of my friends/family.
ZillowVERIFIEDEnergetic, skilled, persistent, and straightforward. Katie works hard to get the deal to the finish line. I have worked with her both on the buying end and selling end, and she does well in both, a rarity.
ZillowVERIFIEDKatie helped my family sell our first home and purchase our second home. Working with Katie you know youre in good hands, and that makes this stressful process enjoyable. If you have a question, youre gonna get a straight answer, and I appreciated that. I have recommended Katie to multiple friends and would absolutely work with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDKatie Simpson helped us sell our starter home and buy our forever home. It wasnt an easy task since our purchase was contingent on our sale but Katie was truly amazing and knowledgeable and we were so impressed with how smoothly both transactions went. We are so grateful to Katie and the wonderful Victorias Properties team for being top notch at their jobs and finding our family the perfect home.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I first worked with Katie Simpson in the Winter of 2014, when we were referred to her from a co-worker. We couldnt have been more pleased with Katies performance. We received multiple offers immediately thanks in part to Katies incredible hard work and personality. Katies level of professionalism and knowledge about the real estate industry is amazing. The sale of our home was effortless on our part as Katie controlled the entire process. Fast forward to the Summer of 2019, when due to family health issues, we were once again in the market to buy a larger home and sell our home. This time, Katie would not only facilitate the sale and purchase of our home, but the sale of my wifes parents home which was located in a different city. Throughout the process, Katie and her team, (Jessica Poelman) and many others were there every step of the way. They always communicated with us and answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night. Katie and Jessicas knowledge, professionalism and honesty as well as their incredible work ethic are to be admired and respected. Katie has become a great friend and is now considered part of our extended family. We will never use another realtor and neither should you.
