ZillowVERIFIED I wish there were 10 stars. From start to finish, Katie focused on me and my family, rather than the deal itself. She met with us over a year ago to give us a market analysis, never pressured us, waiting until we were ready. She was honest about our goals, and gave us a realistic sales price point and expectations rather than some others who overestimated. We decided to use Katie and took her advice on staging the home, renting a storage facility to move stuff initially. The house sold in less than 1 week almost at list price. Similar homes in our neighborhood sat and are still sitting for over 8 months. We planned to rent a home in between to get into our goal location, which is highly sought after. Katie researched a home that was not on the market, reaching out through tax records, and social media to contact the owners out of state to gain access to the home, which we purchased below market value and closed on the same date as our sale. We are now proud owners of a home that I never dreamed we could own. Buying a home is a nerve wracking process, my husband and I understood we were putting everything we've worked hard for of the years on the line in this process. Katie took care of everything and it felt seamless, from an attorney we could trust, to an amazing inspector, and repair men who were scheduled to do work before we even thought that far in advance. I've bought and sold 3 other homes, and never felt this confident about the agent in my corner. She is not a volume agent, she is truly a personal, old-school business person who cares about her clients and it shows. This experience with Katie was so great, I'd consider leaving my husband and to buy another house with Katie if she'd have me (not really, just because I love the house so much...but I'd have to consider it for sure).
