Shes professional yet fun and personable, she works hard and is so good at what she does. My husband and I found Katie on instagram earlier in 2020 and started following simply because we loved what she posted-shes local and is a modern realtor and seemed to really enjoy what she does. We werent even in the market for selling or buying but a house that we loved became available in April and we knew who we wanted to call! Katie worked hard for us even through the shutdown and got us into our beautiful home in time for the summer. We listed our previous home with Katie and we had 8 offers-all asking price or above-within 4 days! We were thrilled. We then decided to try and find a house in the Poconos that our family could retreat to and vacation at. As we both work night shifts our schedules can be hectic, but Katie was extremely responsive and able to set up showings that fit into our busy schedules.
