We're FINALLY homeowners thanks to Michaela! It was a long arduous road for all of us (her especially, I'm sure), but after 2 years of on and off searching in an insane market we finally found the perfect fit for our growing family with (most) all the qualities we had hoped for when we started this journey. It wasn't our first offer that we made during that time either...over the course of looking we made 4 in total! My husband and I both liked the sound advice she gave us and also that she made little hesitation to draw up offers for us even when we decided on a different buying price or terms than what she recommended. It was important to us to feel supported but not coerced during such a monumental decision. At no point during our scouting did we ever feel ignored or way-sided, Michaela is a rapid-rate responder! Even on the occasion when she was unable to meet us at showings, instead of delaying she sent another agent of her team to meet us, which we were very grateful for. Michaela always made us feel like our comfortability in "the search" was her main concern. She pushed us to make hard decisions in a timely manner, but also gave us space to reflect or take a breather during the hunt whenever we asked. When we were ready to pull the trigger, Michaela was a speed demon on getting questions answered and offers sent! We're soooo thankful for all of her time and diligence.
