ZillowVERIFIED Katie listed my moms house to sell, and she was amazing to work with! From the first contact, she made me feel like I and the house were the most important things to her. She kept me updated about everything and answered my texts immediately, no matter the time. She was professional, caring and looked out for me and my interests. I cannot say enough good about Katie or recommend her highly enough. If you need a realtor, do not hesitate to call Katie. You will be happy you did!

ZillowVERIFIED We searched for EIGHT years. We were very upfront about what we were seeking, and after being told they understood by other agents then realizing they really didnt, a friend recommended Katie to us. The moment she said to me, Youre buying a house, not a handbag! I believed she was going to be the right agent for us. Shes compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, and overall fantastic. Her willingness to see us through each step of the way, offering her reassurance when we got nervous was just what we needed. She didnt bat an eye that we were using our VA benefit, she pointed out issues to us in houses we wouldnt have been aware of. She helped us navigate a significantly challenging market, helped us find a home well be comfortable in, and we felt through the whole process she was in it with us, right there, helping as much as she could and helping us avoid pitfalls. I KNOW if wed connected with her at the outset of our search, it never would have taken that long to find a home for us. She listened to us, and didnt waste our time sending listings that had hard stop issues for us. I really just cant say enough compliments for her or how much we appreciate her efforts on our behalf. While we plan to stay in the home we just purchased for the rest of our lives, if we ever decide to buy any other property, shell be our first call. Weve already recommended her to people and I keep a couple of her business cards with me now in case I hear someone is looking for an agent. Not only did we find a great home, we made an awesome friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Katie came thru yet again. We first utilized Katies skills and savvy to purchase our home in 2019. Then in 2022 when I was relocated with my employer, Katie came thru yet again! We signed a contract less than 24hrs after listing our home with Katie. Nothing but a positive experience both times. Katie was very punctual with the showings and very respectful of our property. Doors were always locked and she would notify us when they had departed our home. I cannot recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Katie was amazing. When I was first thinking about buying a home I was stressed out. I was honestly clueless to the process. One of my friends recommended Katie and let me tell you that she made my home buying process so stress free. It went so smooth and quick. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and filled me with so much knowledge. She is honestly the best realtor I have ever met. I hands down would recommend her to anyone I know. She has such an outgoing personality that it made my expirence that much better. Way to go Katie and thanks to her I found my dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Katie was very helpful in finding just the right home. Katie began with intimate knowledge of a perspective home, then went on to show me just what I was looking for just as it was going on the market. Like a pro she swooped in , made sure the offer was best for both parties and sealed the deal.

ZillowVERIFIED Katie went above and beyond to help us sell our home. She was great to work with and communicated with us the whole way. Highly recommend!! This was our first time selling a house and we knew nothing of what to do. Katie talked us through all the steps and let us know what was to be expected when. At times communicating with the buyers was trying but Katie went out of her way to reach out to who she needed to get the ball rolling. Very thankful for all the help and support.

ZillowVERIFIED After working with several absolutely terrible realtors, Katie turned out to be our real estate guardian angel. She sincerely cares about her clients and is incredibly knowledgeable about everything there is to know about what it takes to buy / sell a home. We?ve had realtors and banks tell us ?You can?t buy that? or ?it won?t work out??..but believe me when I tell you that Katie Perrone CAN and WILL make it work out in the end. Buying a home isn?t always easy, but I am 100% certain that if I never met and hired Katie, I wouldn?t be living in my dream home right now. If you?re looking for the best realtor out there, Katie Perrone is undoubtedly the best of the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Katie was absolutely amazing during the entire transaction. Her level of expertise in the area led to a quick contract. She was there every step of the way and anytime I had a question, she quickly responded. The buyers had some delays due to their financing and Katie was quick to reach out to the lender for updates and keep my attorney included in communication. Today we closed and I am happy to close this chapter and begin a new one. Thank you Katie for all you did!

ZillowVERIFIED Katie is by far the best agent I have ever met. From the first time we spoke to begin the process of selling my home she made me feel like she was completely dedicated to helping me not just get the best price but do so quickly and have a positive experience. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, providing excellent tips to improve the showing of the home and getting it sold quickly. We had a bidding war the first week after placing my home on the market! Katie made me feel like a close personal friend throughout what became a very frustrating sale, staying in touch, quickly answering questions anytime of the day and evening. She was able to provide references for agents to assist me with finding my next home out of her area and out of state. Although the difficulties were not a result of anything she did, she worked tirelessly with me to get each obstacle cleared and did her best to alleviate my stress through to the final closing. I highly recommend Katie to anyone interested in buying or selling a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Katie took the time to gather information and show us a variety of houses in several neighborhoods. This was helpful for us to better understand what we were really looking for in a home and what was important and fit our family and lifestyle. Once we settled on a specific neighborhood Katie arranged for us to see six homes in one weekend and make a final decision and offer.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Katie when I contacted her about a place I found on Zillow that gave her as the listing agent. While that house was not for me, she was able to point me toward my dream house based on the things I wasn't crazy about in the first one. She has a special talent for grasping what you're trying to describe and getting a sense of what you might like based on spending a small amount of time with you. This was my first home buying experience and Katie consistently helped talk me down when I started to get stressed about the myriad hoops that one jumps through to become a home owner! What more can I say? Katie was cool as a cucumber and put me in my dream house.
