Despite trying to work around her personal and professional schedule, I felt my business what not important and would have to take the delays and half truths in her responses. She helped us arrange a contractor to spruce up our home and along with Jenny set up the staging. She knew just how to price the home and we were able to sell very quickly. Finding a new home took more time as the market is a little crazy and there was a lot of competition. What was amazing is that Katie knew every neighborhood in the San Ramon, Danville and Pleasanton areas, knew the schools, knew people who lived in just about every neighborhood and was attentive to our commute needs for work. ZillowVERIFIED We had Katie and Jenny come to our home and do a walk through when we were thinking of selling. We knew we needed to do some work on our home to get it ready to sell, and they helped coordinate bids with different contractors. Upon receiving the bids they sent us a spreadsheet with the contractors, bids, work to be done, and had them all scheduled! This allowed me to focus on organizing, packing, and moving furniture not needed out of the home. The contractors we used were so personable and made our home look beautiful. They have a wonderful stager that came in, and gave me a to do list of what she would use to stage and what she didnt need and I could remove, and even suggested which paint colors we could use for the interior and exterior. This was such a welcomed suggestion, and a relief! She showed up, moved all of the staging furniture in and her crew made our home so absolutely beautiful...it was stunning! I cried when I saw this magic happen, with such a grateful heart. Did I mention that our home was ready to sell within four weeks of our first meeting? In that time we had the interior painted, exterior siding fixed, exterior painted, replaced two sliding doors and our front door, refreshed our front and back yards, installed new upgraded fans and light fixtures, replaced carpet and refreshed kitchen cabinetry. In 3 weeks, they had it scheduled and the process was seamless. The video of our home that Katie did was beautiful! They had drone footage, and exterior pictures and the interior pictures were stunning! The house was shown for four days, and we got several bids over asking all in the same ball park. It ended selling for $210,000 over asking! I am ever so grateful for the vision Katie saw when she came to see my home the first day she saw my home....I saw a home that I thought needed so much work, and she actually took several things off of my list and said it was not necessary. With the help of her contacts and contractors, they turned my home into a dream home. Thank you Katie and Jenny.
