She did a great job and we had no complaints. The second property we choose her because of how she handled the first. There was a difference however the second time around which made our experience even better. She never had to react to a change or problem because she anticipated everything. She was ahead of the game the whole time. Each time I asked about some detail she had already taken care of it without exception, plus took care of many things I hadn't thought of. She has turned into the best relator I have ever seen or heard of. It would be foolish to use anyone else for property transactions whether personal or commercial. I would use her if she wasn't part of the family every time.

ZillowVERIFIED Katie works on a 24/7 schedule. I love knowing I can text or call her at any given moment and she's so quick to respond. It's nice to know you have a close friend through the process. She's still answering my questions even after I've closed and moved in. Katie was also very patient with me as I only wanted to live in a certain neighborhood and am quite picky. I looked there for over a year before finding the one. She respected that and sent notifications as soon as anything came up in the complex I was searching in. We were the first to see the place I bought the day it went on the market. She knew exactly what to write up and how to write it as the seller only showed the house a few more times the next morning and cancelled the rest of the showings they had lined up by accepting my offer by 9AM the next morning. I'm happy she was there to guide me the way as I would have been lost without her.
