ZillowVERIFIEDLook no further! Katie is literally the most amazing realtor one could ever hope for. She is not only highly skilled, she is kind, passionate, informed, and works incredibly hard to support her clients. We had a very challenging situation with my aging mother who needed to sell her house but was struggling with memory loss. We also had a complex tenant situation and sale in general. She navigated every twist and turn with skill, ease, and joy. She went out of her way to get to know us, understand our needs, and stuck by our side at every hurdle. We literally could not have done it without her, not just in terms of selling the house, but in getting through it as a family! She is highly professional yet also expressed authentic care and support for all of us. This is a rare quality. Furthermore, she is very innovative in how she promotes the listings, hussles non-stop, and incredibly diligent. I have never known a realtor like her. I cant recommend her enough.al Estate
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Katie Juth was great. She helped me find my new home in Springfield in the Spring of 2022. Id been looking for a little while already, when I met Katie, and she let me continue the search at my own pace and expertly guided me with suggestions and recommendations, and never ever pushing me into anything. Communicating with Katie is easy and quick, and she was always willing to meet me when I found a house I wanted to see. I would happily work with Katie again.
ZillowVERIFIEDKatie is an absolutely fantastic realtor. I worked with Katie to sell my house in Eugene in Spring 2022. She went above and beyond - she was highly communicative, available and responsive at all hours, coordinated with various companies that were involved, and smoothly worked to coordinate the schedules of the tenants, potential buyers, workers, and myself. She even personally did some cleanup work at the house. She also has a strong understanding of the market and how inspections, appraisals, etc. affect how to make and respond to offers. All and all, Katie made an enjoyable selling experience out of what I thought would be a stressful one. I highly, highly recommend Katie - she is a terrific realtor to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe bought a home in Eugene to use as a rental property until we can move there in a couple of years from Portland. Buying a home from another city requires excellent and efficient communication and a buyers agent who not only works well with the seller but also knows the right people to enlist for the inspection and subsequent repairs. Katie is that agent. Every text and every call was returned promptly, she gave us a list of people to contact after the inspection, and continued to help us after the sake was complete in getting the house ready to rent. We knew we could contact her with any question and she would have or find the right answer. Katie works hard for your business and satisfaction. You really cannot go wrong in hiring her to help you buy or sell your home.
ZillowVERIFIEDKatie is an amazing realtor! As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she did a great job walking us through every step of the process. She stayed in touch with us for months as we were just starting to look, and she never rushed us or made us feel that we werent worth her time because we were moving slowly. Her expertise about how to write a winning offer got us the house of our dreams in a multiple offer situation, and her hard work got us through a quick close during a busy holiday season. She was always easy to get ahold of, super responsive to calls, emails, and text messages, and great about keeping track of and following up on all the little details. She has an incredible network and was able to connect us with local lenders, inspectors, contractors, and even tax preparers who were consistently honest, straightforward, and professional. We truly couldnt recommend her more highly.
