Smart People Hire Diana Wolfson. I can save you a lot of time... We had a very positive experience and successful outcome with Diana Wolfson. I could not possibly make a stronger recommendation to hire Diana as your real estate agent. I would choose her 100 times over given the chance! My brother and I had to sell our mother's house following her death. He lives in Delaware, I live in Maryland, and we are both a long, congested hours-long drive away from the house we were selling. We interviewed 5 (!) agents in-person and Diana was the clear star. I immediately noted her extensive industry knowledge, negotiating skills and confidence, and commitment to professionalism. She is well-versed in industry protocols and standards, and I was sure we would not encounter any missteps along the way. We didn't. We had a great experience, sold the house in a timely manner, and made a tidy profit. Mom would be proud.

As out-of-state purchasers of a vacation property, we could not have worked with a more helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful real estate professional. Before we even saw the property, Shelley sent us an extensive video walk through. At our initial in-person walk-through, Shelley was thoughtful enough to allow us the entire afternoon to view the property and ask questions. Due to unusual circumstances surrounding the ownership, Shelley kept us informed throughout the entire process. After the purchase, she was at the property numerous times to hire and coordinate contractors needed for repairs in the contract. Above and Beyond is an understatement.

Shelley was a joy to work with. Suggestions were made for things that needed to be completed prior to putting the house on the market. She knew what buyers would be looking at! The house was empty and she staged it beautiful! It looked homey and loved! We had 2 offers the first day!!! From then on it was back and forth and she was never farther than a text email or phone call! It was amazing she organized everything. We had inspections to have completed for the sale. She scheduled all of them and made sure everything was right! We sold the house! It was a great experience and definitely highly recommend and would call her again! If you are looking for someone who will have your back, be there and will look out for you best interest call her!

Shelley was phenomenal, people just say it but I actually mean it!!! She went above and beyond to help sell my parents house 3,000 miles away. It can be challenging to find people to work on a house but Shelley and her team took charge and got what needed to be done completed to get the deal closed. From cleaning the house herself (because there wasn't anyone available) and staging it, to finding an engineer for some work that needed to be completed she is a one woman army. We were lucky to have her and you will be too!

Virginia Stoughton was a dream to work with. Shes super responsive and ensures everything is in order and received prior to closing.
