Katie is very attentive and accommodating to our inquiries and needs, and she always patiently listens to our questions before giving us answers and explanations in exhaustive details. Katie always responds to our questions via phone calls and emails in a timely manner. After knowing clearly about what we want and what expectations we have for the property in mind, Katie begins to map out a plan to guide us through the labyrinth of real estate transaction and it gives us the impression of trustworthiness on which we can base our action and decision. Much to our satisfaction, we have now bought our dream home under Katies guidance and professional help. Even after the transaction, Katie still provides us with information regarding setting up the utilities and HOA accounts. Both my wife and I are very much impressed with Katies negotiating skills and amiable personality and we have no reservation whatsoever to recommend Katie to my relatives and friends in the future if they have the need to buy or sell a property.

Most recently we purchased a home with Katie in Hutto and she goes above and beyond the norm for a realtor: she goes the extra step by providing us with comparables (sale and rent prices for comparable lots in the areas we are interested in), land surveys, sends us lists of homes to help us narrow down our tours. She doesnt pressure or rush us to make decisions but rather shes there as a wealth of information to help us make a well informed decision. When it comes to the offer process, Katie is highly responsive, she gives us opportunities to increase our offers if needed and also when to step away based on our priorities and needs. We cant recommend Katie enough, if youre looking for a talented, well educated on the market, and no sales-y tactics, shes truly incredible. And after the sale closes, she still helps with any/all details we have questions on, example: When should we start paying the HOA fee? or are the appliances gas or electric? She takes care of her clients 150% of the way not just until the money transfer happens-- Integrity all the way! We highly recommend Katie and the Bramlett Residential Real Estate team. Integrity should really be in their slogan because its a class act.

Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about Austin and the surrounding areas, but she was always available to go visit open houses or answer our questions. She walked us through the entire process and gave plenty of referrals for contractors, home inspectors, loan officers, etc. All her referrals gave us the best deal around and did great work. Katie was always available (almost 24x7) to answer my questions and to tour new listings on short notice. 2. I had bad experiences with some other realtors, where they try to make a sale as soon as possible. Katie was not like that and was patient with my search process. I didnt feel pressured to bid on sub-standard listings. 3. We toured listings in both South and North Austin locations, I can see that she has in-depth knowledge of the Austin market. 4. I was able to get my ideal home with the first offer itself. Katie has good negotiation skills, the whole process (making offer and amendment negotiations) was smooth and effortless.

We were first time home buyers and had lots of questions, and needed a lot of hand-holding. Katie was always there to guide us. We learned a lot from her. We started our home search in February, gave a pause due to the pandemic for a few months, and finally closed in December. During this long period, we toured many homes, submitted (and on some occasions, withdrew) several offers. She was very helpful and efficient, and never put us any pressure or obligations. She has also put us in contact with different vendors/contractors for everything- from mortgage agents to lawn care workers. She is there for us even after the closing was done. Again, we immensely enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her.
