I just purchased my first home, a new construction townhouse. Katie was an excellent resource through the entire 10 month process!!! She was always available for questions and quick to respond to phone calls, emails and texts. Her knowledge extends past contract negotiation and the purchase agreement. She was able to discuss with me the local market, new construction homes vs older homes and was even able to answer some questions about mortgages. She was always professional...very firm and persistent when dealing with the builder and never pushy with me. She continues to be an excellent resource as I navigate being a first time home owner. Her willingness to help has continued after closing the deal. I highly recommend Katie if you are looking for someone to guide you through the daunting task of purchasing a home.

Katie was an amazing leader in our effort to sell our home. We had very little time to sell before moving across the country. On multiple occasions Katie went above and beyond such as watching our dog, scheduling all appointments around our schedule and even having her dad help fix our broken hot tub. We left the state before closing, all paperwork and transitions went through flawlessly with her great escrow company. She kept us informed on a regular basis. I traveled often for work and did not need to be present for many signings through their great electrical signature technology her escrow company used. Katie made the home selling process a breeze!
