Katie was such a wonderful agent to work with. Not only did she give us great advice throughout the whole process of selling our house, she also helped us to stage it for photos and showings. She was very communicative and organized so we were able to sell our house with very little stress. On top of that, she is such a wonderful, warm person and we loved working with her!

Katie has been the absolute best realtor for us not once but twice! She was very knowledgeable of the current market trends. She was very helpful and straight forward with us on the sale of our home after helping us find our new home! She is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business. She would respond quickly if we sent her a text message or called her and was always multiple steps ahead to get us closed on the sale of our previous home, rental time until our new home was completed, and closed on our new home! Top notch customer service! We've already referred her to friends, which she had their house under contract in no time, and she's currently working with another family member on the purchase of her new home! We will continue to recommend Katie any chance we get! She truly is amazing at what she does!
