Katie Brown

Katie was born and raised in Wichita. She and her family have been in Wichita, supporting and helping it grow for five generations. Katie graduated from Sedgwick High School as an honor roll student and Presidential Scholar. She then graduated from Wichita State University earning a degree in Entrepreneurship with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Management. Katie is a Barton Scholarship recipient and a Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) alumna. Katie is also very active within the community. She volunteers for the American Heart association as a member of their Passion Committee and has been involved with Young Professionals of Wichita, the Kansas Humane Society, The League of Women Voters, and her community church. In 2012, Katie was an American Heart Association "Go Red for Women Better U Challenger." Katie joined the Carnahan Group as an intern in 2006. After 2 years of hands on learning, she was invited to join as a full time sales associate. Katie is able and ready to assist you and be your advocate throughout the home buying or selling process. Katie prides herself on upholding the highest standard of service. She is a high-energy professional, who is focused on delivering quality of service, integrity and trust. She believes that communication, accessibility and integrity are essential. In 2012, Katie became a Broker Associate and earned the e-Pro designation. Katie shows and sells homes and acreage throughout Wichita and the surrounding cities. She is available 7 days a week to assist you with any real estate needs. Katie resides in Sedgwick with her husband Cody and children, Ella, Logan, and Lily. Katie enjoys gardening, home remodeling, camping, Music Theatre of Wichita, spending time outdoors, and laughing with friends and family.
