ZillowVERIFIED First time home buyer, it was nearly 8PM at night and Katie called me immediately after looking at a house. This was a good thing though, I appreciated the responsiveness quite a bit. We talked over the first house, she offered to get a hold of the seller, we ultimately went with a different home and she was very helpful through the whole process. As I had never done it before, having the ability to ask numerous questions and have them answered properly was a huge plus. Thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Katie was extremely helpful to my Wife and I from the beginning. She answered all of the questions we had as first time homebuyers and always responded in a prompt manner. She had a good relationship with our lender and always stayed on top of the process to move it along quicker when we went to closing. Also with Katies help, we purchased our home at asking price in a market where homes were regularly going for 5% or more over asking! Thank you Katie for representing us!

ZillowVERIFIED Katie is awesome. We are first-time homebuyers who had never dealt with anything this financially monumental. She was extremely thorough and diligent with making sure we understood every step of the process and never once made us feel like we were asking silly or strange questions. Additionally, she was very straightforward in her recommendations of what we should offer on properties, pointed out things in the walkthroughs we might not have otherwise noticed (both red flags and green flags), and was extremely candid about both what to expect from the seller and what was happening in every step of the process. When our closing got unexpectedly delayed she went above and beyond, and alleviated a lot of stress we were feeling as a result. My fiancA(C) and I cannot recommend her enough and hope we get the opportunity to refer friends to her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Katie went above and beyond to make the buying process so easy for us. As first time home buyers we had a LOT of questions. She was prompt with getting back to us on everything. She was always ready to show us houses all over the area at a moments notice. We have worked with other realtors and assure you Katie is the way to go. She was recommended to us by a friend and we will 100% recommend her to all of our friends. 5 stars aren't enough for her!

ZillowVERIFIED Katie was extremely helpful throughout the home buying process, arranging several showings at properties across central New York. When we decided on a home, she was instrumental in assisting with roadblocks such as an undervalued appraisal and inspection woes, advising negotiations with the seller to get the most we could out of our side of the transaction. All of her answers were prompt, often within an hour of asking, and phone calls always received a return.
