Hi, I'm Katie Aretta, a Myrtle Beach Realtor with RE/MAX Southern Shores and part of The Myrtle Beach Team.

I help people buy and sell homes, condos, vacation properties, and investment properties throughout Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. I especially love working with people who are relocating here, buying from out of state, or looking for that perfect place near the beach.

Buying from another state? No problem. You may be hundreds of miles away, but I'll be your eyes, ears, feet, and occasionally your "Okay, let's be realistic about this one" person. I use video tours, FaceTime, virtual showings, and plenty of communication to make sure you know exactly what you're getting into.

I'm big on listening. I want to know what you're looking for, what you absolutely don't want, and what would make you walk through a front door and say, "Yep. This is it."
