She knew the areas of Dallas so well and had great insight into the schools, shopping, etc. What I was most pleased with was how in tune she was with what we were looking for. She went out of her way to find options for us that met our goals and specifications rather than trying to push other options on us as many realtors have the tendency to do. When we found our dream home and the sellers decided to pull the house off the market the SAME DAY rather than sell, Kati stopped at nothing to ensure our offer was received and given consideration. Thanks to her coaching, we wrote a heartfelt letter to the buyer along with our offer and, not only did they reconsider taking it off the market, but they accepted our original offer with no negotiations or contingencies!! We were THRILLED!! I know there isn't a chance we would've gotten this home without her persistent style and stop at nothing attitude. We couldn't be happier here! I'd recommend Kati to our closest family or total strangers.
