We were out of State Buyers and new to the area. Jesssica provided great information on many of the neighborhoods in the areas we were interested in. We would fly-in for the day to view homes and Jessica was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at DFW after a full day of looking at homes throughout the area. Jessica was an excellent resource for giving us the information we needed to decide if there was value in the homes we were interested in, and what our offer should be. We finally decided on a home and Jessica was very instrumental in obtaining us an accepted offer at a great price! Her service after we went under contract was second to none, always accessible and very informative on the process. If we had questions that she didn't immediately know the answers to, she was quick with finding those answers and letting us know. We always felt we were in good hands with Jessica being on our side. She even took the time to put together a packet for me to help contest the tax assessor's tax rating on our new home!! This was well over a month after closing and is generally when you don't hear from the Real Estate Agent again! In closing, Jessica went above and beyond to help us find our home! I wouldn't hesitate to employ Jessica again for any of our Real Estate needs in the future! I would highly recommend her for your Real Estate Needs! They are very responsive, great at guiding through the process and they have vendors for all of your potential needs (both in the house we sold as well as the house we purchased).
