If we had questions that she didn't immediately know the answers to, she was quick with finding those answers and letting us know. We always felt we were in good hands with Jessica being on our side. She even took the time to put together a packet for me to help contest the tax assessor's tax rating on our new home!! This was well over a month after closing and is generally when you don't hear from the Real Estate Agent again! In closing, Jessica went above and beyond to help us find our home!
