Their knowledge of the area and of the home values at the time as well as their contacts within the Industry- fellow brokers and agents is what sold my house in 10 days in 2007 and in 5 days in 2021. And in 2021 I had 25 showings in 5 days and 7 offers all above asking price. Then on the backend Susan and Lauren were such an asset going through those offers, weighing the pros and cons, writing up a counteroffer and then with Susan going through what I needed to do to supply the right paperwork, inspections, coordinating everything so in 30 days I could close quickly.
