She did a great job, she didn't waste our time showing us houses that didn't fit our criteria, and as we adjusted our ideas she adjusted along with us. When we were in New Jersey, she took my sister out to look at houses for us. When a house dropped its price to within our range, she notified us right away and that was the house we bought. Kathy helped us with the negotiation and we got a very good price. She arranged for the inspection while we were still in town, and managed the closing for us when we were up north. I would easily recommend her. She did a very thorough, very professional job.
